So, Brandt's been gone to Rachel's for less then a day and I'm already missin him bunches... I'm sure I'll live, and it's only right that he gets to spend some well needed and deserved time with his mom. That doesn't mean that I won't miss him. cuz I do...
Why can't I meet people like this. It would sure make my life a lot more interesting.
Here are the results of my latest trip to the doctor's office. They removed a rather ominous looking skin lesion. Better safe than sorry. For a discolored area the size of a pencil eraser they had to cut a hole in my back about 1 1/2 inches by 4/3 of an inch. They then sewed me up with 5 stitches... What these pictures don't so is the front of my shoulders witch are now covered with literally hundreds of very small, yet very painful blisters form a server sunburn I got this weekend.
This past weekend we went to Tammy's son, Jacob's, birthday party. Brandt really had a lot of fun. Check out the pictures of Brandt and Jacob on the rock climbing wall. Later in the evening, Brandt and I had tickets for the Mav's playoff game in a suite. I'm starting to get very spoiled with this suite thing. Check out those pictures here.

Ok, so I finally have the answer to these damn restrictor plate races.... "Speed Bumps" I'm pretty sure it would solve all the problems. But with the way Jeff raced today I might have to rethink my stance on plate races.
So, last night we went to the Desperado's game. They lost but still we had a good time. One of the vendor's that want to bid for the cabling in our new building at work took us. We had a suite with everything you could ever want fully stocked. Check out the pics. They are mixed in with the rest of my phone pics but I'm sure you can pick them out. I took some movies but with the distance they didn't turn out very well.
People have way too much time on their hands...

Check out Kevin's screenshots on Windows Longhorn. I think he's onto something. Ya know if it wasn't for gaming I would have already switched to Linux and maybe even a Mac. Don't let that get out by the way. Actually I've looked into buying a Mac Mini. I'm sure it'll happen and probably sooner rather than later. With the exception of gaming I can't really think of any good reason to stay with Windows. Linux is very close to being ready for prime time. It just has a few easy of maintainability issues for the more average users to fix but other than that, it's really close. Mac's on the other hand are already there with the exception of software support. I'm sure they can play games just as good as a windows box, if only the support was there for the gaming industry. Anyway, we'll see how it turns out but it's not looking good for Micro$oft.
