Is one year too long?

How long is to long for your inspection sticker on your truck to be outta date? That's the question of the day. Well I did manage to get my tag mostly on time so I figured I'd go get my inspection too. Well It was pretty much 1 year to the day out of date. I passed with a little help from the highly paid and over qualified Jiffy Lube guy. My gas cap failed the good ole suction test, but with a finger over the little hole in the cap it passed with flying colors. Eighty five dollars later, I was out of there. Next time, front end alignment.
